Vision for Empowered Health

Empowered Health is the culmination of hours and months and years of dreaming about what an ideal medical practice could look like. As a medical student, I had the enormous blessing of working with some innovative, brilliant, and whole-hearted physicians. They eventually inspired me to become a family physician, and the daydreaming began for what became Empowered Health in 2023.

Visits are designed from start to finish for patients to feel seen and heard in a comfortable, unrushed way. Empowered Health is place where healing is promoted and suffering may be relieved. It is a place for deep conversations about what matters in life and how that informs our work together so you can feel well.
